Follow the workflow
- Read current training capabilities and resource_get for the saved draft. Verify the exact draftId, current revision and owned datasetId match the user's intended configuration.
- For service-credit mode call training_quote with those exact fields. Present the quote ID, maximum cost, hourly rate, allocation ceiling, expiry and billing policy along with the profile/configuration.
- A quote does not launch a run or reserve execution. If the server exposes an operator-funded pilot instead, explain its actual billing policy; do not fabricate a quote or treat operator funding as launch authorization.
- On expired qualification or revision conflict reload and review before requesting another estimate. Do not call training_start during quotation.
Tools and API routes
Call reliquary_connection first and use only tools registered in that connection. Route templates need the owned resource identifiers described by the existing API reference.

Availability and authorization
This workflow can prepare an action using existing contracts. Execution requires current server capabilities, qualified capacity, appropriate account scope, a fresh quote when applicable, and explicit approval of the concrete action. The customer preview CLI has no execution commands; MCP writes stay disabled by default.
