Miner guide
Start with the maintained protocol guide and follow the active generation contract.
Use the maintained miner guide
Miner setup belongs to the public protocol repository. Follow its current installation, registration, runtime, and launch instructions for Bittensor subnet 81.
Running a miner — Installation, lifecycle, runtime requirements, and troubleshooting.
Protocol repository — Current source, releases, and operator notices.
Follow the active contract
Read the active validator state before generating. Its advertised generation profile, checkpoint revision, environment contract, and phase determine the work a miner should perform. Keep the model and runtime aligned with that contract.
Protocol releases can change these requirements. Follow current operator notices and validate a new hardware/runtime combination before scaling it.
Read final outcomes
An upload acknowledgement is the beginning of the submission lifecycle. Use final verdicts to distinguish admission, proof results, batch selection, and reward outcomes. Published training evidence and finalized-chain allocation answer later questions.
Explore published miner evidence
