GPU discovery
Search fresh provider GPU listings and published rates through HTTP or public MCP.
Find GPU offers
GET https://api.reliqua.ai/api/v1/compute/offers requires no account or API key. It searches normalized stored snapshots without contacting providers. Defaults: mode=live, rank=cheapest, sort=package, limit=20, offset=0. Results cover configured sources with current collection state, rather than every offer in the market.
Unknown, duplicate and invalid query parameters return HTTP 400. Filters combine; no matching offers returns an empty offers array. count describes one minimum rentable package on one node, not a request to assemble several hosts.

'https://api.reliqua.ai/api/v1/compute/offers?gpu=H200&count=8&vram=141&budget=30&hours=24&limit=5'| Query parameter | Meaning and bounds |
|---|---|
| gpu / gpu_model | GPU family (100 characters), or exact reported model (120 characters, case insensitive). Full model variants remain in responses. |
| provider | lium, targon, prime, verda, vultr, runpod, vast, lambda or hyperstack. Omit for all configured sources. |
| region / country | Exact comparator location label (region and country, at most 256 characters), or a two-letter country code. |
| type / q / id | Exact provider tier (100 characters), text search (160 characters), or exact comparator offer ID (4,096 characters). |
| count | Exact minimum package size: integer 1–1,024 GPUs on one node. |
| vram | Minimum GB per GPU: greater than 0, at most 100,000. Unknown memory does not match. |
| budget | Maximum USD per whole package-hour: 0–100,000. This is separate from the duration estimate. |
| mode | live (default), published or all. Published rates have null numeric stock even when qualitative capacity is reported. |
| pricing | all (default), on_demand, spot or unknown. |
| rank / sort | cheapest (default), best or bittensor; package (default) or gpu price basis. With hours, ranking uses total whole-package job cost. |
| hours | Requested duration: greater than 0, at most 8,760 hours. Estimates respect minimumHours. |
| limit / offset | Page size: integer 1–100 (default 20). Offset: integer 0–10,000 (default 0). |

Read costs and collection coverage
offers contains full model and package resources, providerOfferId, source timestamps, providerUrl and linkKind. rateKind distinguishes live listings from published rates. priceMicroUsdPerGpuHour and priceMicroUsdPerHour are integer USD micro-units; divide by 1,000,000 for USD. The latter is the complete minimum package-hour compute rate.
estimatedCostMicroUsd is the whole-package compute estimate for hours, using max(hours, minimumHours). It is null when hours is omitted. additionalCharges identifies provider-specific pricing exclusions. Unreported storage, transfer, IPs, taxes, account discounts and final configuration charges can change checkout cost; this is a listed compute comparison, not a guaranteed quote.
sources retains provider states, observations, expiry, health and bounded collection coverage. coverage.complete is false when requested provider coverage is incomplete; freshProviders and incompleteProviders identify the source sets. A fresh source can still report only a bounded subset of configurations. Inspect source scope and coverage before making a cheapest-across-market claim.
pagination contains limit, offset, total and nextOffset; null nextOffset ends the current result set. Inventory can change between requests, so offset pages are not an immutable snapshot or a reservation.
Cheapest uses the requested price basis, or duration cost when hours is supplied. Best deal applies the comparator stock, interruption, comparable-price and memory-capacity preferences. Bittensor prioritizes ecosystem providers before price. None of these ranks establishes measured throughput or reliability.
Continue with the provider
providerUrl opens a specific offer only when linkKind is offer. A catalog link opens the provider catalogue and does not promise a preselected configuration. Keep id and providerOfferId distinct: the comparator ID identifies a normalized configuration, while the provider reference may cover several variants.
Optional handoff metadata includes the provider API documentation and known public selection fields. Lium identifies the node and GPU count and can provide an exact listing link. Prime preserves known cloud, hardware, location, security, image and resource selections, with a truthful catalogue link. This metadata is not a complete provisioning POST: your own account, supported image, price ceiling and provider validation remain necessary.
Older stored snapshots can omit handoff. Refetch or use the provider catalogue rather than inventing missing selection fields. Discovery and MCP search never book, launch, terminate or pay for a rental.
